I think this time I want to share one latest accident story with u all, a man fell from 6 meters height can died you know! But fortunately this guy still survives. Six meters height and fell on skull (bukan tengkorak tp besi), sharp woods, piling steel but he’s only suffering with fractured arm ONLY! Panjang umur dia…
These are the cause taken from my report but some confidential information have been censored, hehe maaf le..:
Immediate Cause
Fall from melting floor to ground floor (6 Meters height)
Basic Causes
1. Work place is not occupied by anybody then the area was not well managed.
2. Slagging hole was open without any restriction or fencing around it.
3. Poor lighting factor.
4. Working alone factor.
